Hmmmph.

So after my brilliant revelation, it ocurred to me to do a google search for "Lite-Brite Art".  Of course someone's already done it. There's a guy named Steven Defrank in NYC who hand dyed lite brite pegs and did portraits. He did one of his parents naked (above) and it was accepted into the National Portrait Gallery Show. He got tired of the pegs and now paints graffiti carved logs. He was also trained as a classical painter, so it was inspiring to read...  I still might try it though...
